Video Auditions for International Students

International students (currently living outside of the continental US) who cannot attend one of the School’s auditions in person are invited to submit a video application. The video should be approximately 15 to 20 minutes in length and portray the student in practice clothes (girls in leotard and tights; boys in T-shirt and tights) in an abbreviated class with the full range of barre and center exercise and, for girls, pointe work.

SAB is no longer accepting video applications for the 2017 Summer Course.

Instructions for submitting a video application

Videos should be submitted to the School via link (URL) to an online video sample. (ie: youtube, vimeo, etc.)

To submit your video via online link:

– Complete the online application form and include a link to your video

– This form will collect your biographical and contact information as well as information on your previous ballet training.

– At the same time you submit the form, you will also need to pay the $25(USD) application fee online using a credit card. Please be prepared to provide billing information before beginning the application form.

Once you submit the form and see a confirmation screen, your application is complete.

Note, If you are unable to provide a link to an online video sample, please contact auditions@sab.org for alternative submission instructions
