For 2009-2010 Winter Term Applicants ages 11 to 18

Applicants should complete this form before September 2 to register for auditions at SAB.  An SAB staff member will send email confirmation of your audition time after your submission. 

The audition date for 11 to 18 year-olds is September 8, 2009.  Audition times are as follows:

Ages 11-12 : 4:00 PM
Ages 13-14 : 5:30 PM
Ages 15-18 : 6:30 PM

Applicants should arrive 45 minutes prior to their audition time to check-in and receive their audition number.  All applicants 11 years old and over should have appropriate ballet experience. 

Audition Information:

• Applicants should arrive 45 minutes prior to their audition time to check-in and receive their audition number.  
• A copy of the applicant's birth certificate or a valid passport MUST be presented at check-in
  
• Students should wear ballet practice clothes to the audition.  Boys and girls are required to have ballet shoes. 
  Girls ages 13 to 18 should also bring pointe shoes.
  
• An application fee of $35 is payable by cash or check at the audition
• Classes for the 2009-2010 Winter Term begin on Wednesday, September 9th

Notification of Results:

Applicants who are accepted will be notified by phone the day of the audition.  All applicants will receive a letter by mail within one to two weeks following the audition.
